Save the images in PHOTOSHOP according to there size.
First select the label.
Second in object mode change the design.
Upload new image in the Brown box. (Design11.jpg)
Now click f12 or Click on Render (render Image)
After the render is complete save the image
Press Shift+alt+s or save image from here
Make sure before rendering the image
Click on Render Use this option
